Factions City Under Attack Quest - Guild Wars Forums

I have a problem with the main quest-line in the Factions Campaing. Just finished the Boreas Seabed Co-Mission, after that i went to claim the reward of the quest from Elder Rhea. Then I just went to Zos Shivros Channel to talk with the Imperial Herald to get the "City Under Attack" Quest. But hes not giving me any quest when I talk to him, he just says the normal Dialogue and nothing happens.

I went to Maatu Keep to get the Sunjiang District Outpost, that its the next Co-Mission but the way its blocked by a closed bridge...

So anybody know why this happens? I dont know what to do, maybe i will have to re-do the mission or something like that, but anyone knows if this is a common error or bug?

Are you sure the mission you completed is Boreas Seabed, and not the quest leading to it (the Convocation)?

This might sound like a dumb question; I'm asking it because there is no reward for the actual mission from Elder Rhea. She offers the reward for the Convocation, however.

Well maybe I claimed the Convocation reward. But im usre i did Boreas Seabed and killed the kraken with the spear after defeating the 3 groups of the mission

Hmm, in this case, all I can suggest is:

- recheck the quest giver, who knows;

- double check whether you already have the quest in your log (happened to me before).

have you tried going out of maatu keep and seeing if togo is outside?
(if not you might want to try to find someone else who is at the same point in the story and tag along with them to see if you can get back in).

Maybe try the mission again? It's a hastle, but not a bad idea if nothing else works.

have u done the Kurzick side or just the luxon side dont u need like the kurzick urn and the luxon spear or something to get the next bit at maatu keep ??????

After you do Boreas, there is no quest reward from Elder Rhea. When you finish Boreas you should already be in Zos Chivros. Where you get the primary quest of City Under Attack.

Well I did again the mission and search for Togo outside Mattu Keep but it didnt work, so i had to join a party that had the City Under Attack quest and after doing that i got the Battle in the Sewers main quest. Now im back with the campaing, thanks for your responses
